Brothers visit Myrtle Beach over Spring Break

spring_break_2019.jpg

Leaving slightly past midnight, brothers embarked on the twelve hour journey down to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to relax over Spring Break.

It is always a cool experience connecting with other chapters across the country. Over the week, our brothers spent time with fellow brothers from the Pi Kappa Chapter at Coastal Carolina University, established in 2015. We even visited their chapter house!

Brothers raised over $4,900 for Relay For Life!

This year's Relay For Life was a huge success for Lambda Chi Alpha. The brothers were able to raise upwards of $4,900 in the annual event. We achieved our goal by holding events such as Lambda Chai, Fat Sandwiches, and from generous donations from our brothers. Our team's success wouldn't be possible without the dedication from Thomas Gall, our High Theta, and all of the brothers who helped fund raise and participated in the event. Hopefully next year we can raise even more for the fight against cancer!

Join us in welcoming our Spring 2018 Associate Member class. Many thanks to our brothers and especially our High Delta, Graham Zola, for bringing in an excellent class of 4 members. These new associates are Ricardo Diaz, Ziwei Liang, George Lumanas, and Ritvik Vaish. There is no doubt that their contributions to the brotherhood and community will truly show the best that LXA has to offer.

Brothers Meet and Exceed $6000 Goal for Relay For Life!

This year's Relay For Life was a huge success for Lambda Chi Alpha. The brothers were able to raise upwards of $6100 in the annual event. At the event brothers sold Chai Tea, nicknamed Lambda Chai, as well as participated in other teams' activities. While at the event, brothers came in 2nd in the indoor soccer tournament which occurred in the middle of the relay. Our team's success wouldn't be possible without the dedication from Sukhjinder Singh, our High Theta, and all of the brothers who helped fund raise and participated in the event. Hopefully next year we can aim for an even higher goal!
