High Delta - Recruitment Chairman

The High Delta is the recruitment chairman of the house. He is responsible for organizing the annual Fall and Spring recruitment process. He is in charge of ensuring that every brother fulfill his obligation to seek out potential members to ensure the continuation of the chapter. The High Delta also ensures that each brother is familiar with good recruitment techniques and holds workshops to teach these techniques. Some of Delta’s other duties are listed below.

Duties

• Organizing Fall and Spring recruitment

• Planning all recruitment events and creating a rush calendar

• Overseeing individual rush events

• Educating the brothers in good rush practices
